What days do you ship?
For Air, we have flights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For sea, we ship once per week on Friday.
Do I have to pay customs duty?
Under the Customs Act, items that are valued $100 USD or more are subjected to pay Custom Duty, fees and Tax.
What items are restricted from being shipped to Jamaica?
Items Restricted from shipping to Jamaica include firearms, ammunition, military style camouflage clothing, toy guns, radar detectors, dangerous drugs and fresh agricultural produce.
How do I get my packages once they arrive?
You can count on us to have your package delivered safely and on time within the Kingston & St Andrew and Yallahs area, or you can pick them up at our office.
