1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, using a Ready Now Shipping address, submitting a package for shipment, or requesting delivery, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Services Provided
Ready Now Shipping provides courier, freight forwarding, package handling, customs support, and local delivery services for customers shipping packages to Jamaica from supported international locations, including the United States and China. Service availability, transit times, pricing, and delivery areas may change based on carrier schedules, customs processing, weather, holidays, and operational conditions.
3. Customer Accounts and Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate registration details, contact information, delivery instructions, invoices, merchant receipts, and package descriptions. Your assigned mailbox number must be included in your shipping address when shopping online. Missing or incorrect information may delay processing, customs clearance, delivery, or package identification.
4. Package Authorization
By sending a package to a Ready Now Shipping address, you authorize Ready Now Shipping and its service partners to receive, sort, process, transport, clear, store, and deliver the package on your behalf. You also authorize Ready Now Shipping to contact you about shipment updates, payments, customs requirements, delivery arrangements, and account matters.
5. Restricted and Prohibited Items
Customers must not ship prohibited, illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, misdeclared, or restricted items. Restricted items may include firearms, ammunition, military-style camouflage clothing, toy guns, radar detectors, dangerous drugs, fresh agricultural produce, and any item restricted by Jamaican customs, airline, sea carrier, warehouse, or courier rules. Ready Now Shipping may refuse, hold, return, dispose of, or report prohibited items where required.
6. Rates, Payments, Duties, and Taxes
Shipping rates, calculator estimates, and rate sheets are provided for guidance and may not include customs duties, taxes, storage, local delivery, special handling, inspection, or other applicable charges. Customers are responsible for all shipment charges, duties, taxes, penalties, and fees associated with their packages. Packages may be held until all outstanding amounts are paid.
7. Delivery, Pickup, and Unclaimed Packages
Customers must be available to collect or receive packages after notification. Local delivery is available within supported areas, including Kingston, St. Andrew, and Yallahs. Unclaimed packages may be subject to storage charges, return, disposal, or other reasonable handling actions after notice has been provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ready Now Shipping is not responsible for merchant errors, incorrect addresses entered by customers, customs delays, carrier delays, force majeure events, unpaid duties or taxes, prohibited items, inaccurate declarations, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability is limited to the shipping fees paid to Ready Now Shipping for the affected shipment.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful activity. Website content, branding, graphics, text, and design belong to Ready Now Shipping or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
Ready Now Shipping may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website, and continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.
